Oak Harbor Club Membership Choices

Option #1 - Basic Club Services

• All Clubhouse Amenities: social events, wellness programs, banking facility, library, tennis, croquet, concierge services, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, beauty salon, card and game room, full service lounge and 3 dining rooms (casual, formal and private)
• 9 hole Joe Lee executive golf course (carts and greens fees included)
• Preferred access to Somerset House, our on-site Assisted Living Facility
• Continental Breakfast Monday-Friday
• Valet Parking
• Luxury, onsite transportation service
• Luxury, offsite transportation service to medical, legal, and financial appointments in Indian River County.
• 24 hour Emergency Response System
• 8 hours of move in assistance
• 1 maintenance call up to 1 hour per quarter

Option #2 - 15 meal plan option added to the basic plan

• Option to purchase a plan for 15 meals per month at a discounted rate. You are allowed to add or discontinue this plan at any time as long as it is done prior to the first of the month of which you would like to switch.

Option #3 - Full Club Services
(includes all of the Basic Club Services, plus):

• One meal per day, per person
• Weekly housekeeping/linen service and annual carpet cleaning

As an Oak Harbor Club Member, these services and amenities are also available for a minimal charge:

• Salon services
• In house catering and meal delivery
• Additional maintenance and housekeeping services
• Airport and additional transportation
